You understand that your product will be created exactly as submitted

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

Photo Upload Guidelines

By uploading images to our website or through any third-party service (such as Dropbox), you agree to the following:

You own or have permission to use the images
The images do not violate any laws or third-party rights

We do not allow the upload of explicit, inappropriate, or offensive content. This includes, but is not limited to:

Nudity or sexually explicit material
Hate speech or discriminatory content

Custom Product Policy

All products are custom-made specifically for you.

Because of this:

Orders cannot be changed once production has started
We are not responsible for image quality issues caused by low-resolution uploads
We do not guarantee color matching due to screen and print differences

Shipping

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

All sales are final
We do not accept returns or exchanges

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days at: hello@magicmomentmag.net We will work with you to resolve the issue.
