Refund and Return Policy

Each item is custom made using your personal photos, which means all sales are final and we do not offer returns or refunds.

Every order is created specifically for you, and once production is complete, materials cannot be reused or resold. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns on custom items.

That said, your satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if:

• Your item arrives damaged

• You receive the wrong item

• There is a defect with your order

​

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will gladly remake your magnets and send a replacement at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from low-quality or improperly formatted images provided by the customer.
